FAQs for Customers of Empty Nest Estate Sales

Do you pre-sell items?

Occasionally we will pre-sell automobiles or other larger ticket items, but overall, we do not pre-sell items nor offer early sales. We are committed to conducting ethical and professional sales. To ensure fairness and equal opportunity to our many loyal customers, items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Do you open early?

No. All sales start and end at their listed times. We do give out numbers to those who arrive early—with the first customer to arrive receiving number one and so on. Customers will then line up in the order of their numbers to gain entry into the sale as soon as it opens.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards (when internet and cell phone service permits). If we are unable to take cards due to limited connectivity, we are happy to hold your items aside while go to get cash.
